First, you'll wanna change the title of your form.
Next, you'll wanna build the header of your form.
You can do so by using a rich text to add your titles, your company information, and the image
to add your logo.
Once you've created your header, you can now start adding fields to your form.
First, I would start with the site fields.
You can change all titles by selecting the title above the field.
You can also delete any field by selecting the field and clicking the red trash can icon.
You can change the setting of every field by clicking the blue cog icon.
Now you can go about adding additional fields to your form.
You'll notice that there are a whole bunch of different fields on the left that you can use to add to your form. Each field has their own function,
but more on the functionality and the details in another video.
Once you've cle-completed your form, you can toggle the mobile icon at the top to see what it would look like at, on a mobile or tablet.
You can also preview the form using the Preview button at the top right.
The unique ID.
The unique ID field will automatically generate a unique number for every submission created using this template, similar to an invoice number or work order number.
The rich text.
The rich text field is a static set of text that can be styled.
You can resize, bold, italicize, or underline text, as well as change the color.
This is often used as headers or section titles. This cannot be changed when filling out the form.
The image.
The image field can be used to add static images to your form. For an example, adding your company logo.
The short text.
The short text field is a single row text field for any text or number value.
Long text.
The long text field is a multi-row text field.
The long text field will automatically expand vertically on the form as more text is added.
This is great for comments with large paragraphs.
The number field.
The number field is for numerical values only.
The dropdown field.
The dropdown field is used to set a list of predefined options. Only one option can be chosen per field when filling out the form.
Multi-choice.
The multi-choice field is used to set a list of predefined checkboxes.
Multiple options can be selected at the time of filling this out.
The date field.
The date field is a calendar date picker.
The signature field.
The signature field adds an electronic sign with your finger area. This is great f- for collecting signatures from your mobile device.
Table input.
The table input is a dynamic grid with rows and columns containing cells. This is great for device lists or pricing tables because the table input supports text, dropdowns, and even formulas.
Rows can be dynamically added when filling out the form.
Field group.
The field group is a group of fields that can be dynamically duplicated when filling out the form. For, for example,
say you have five fields that need to be filled out three times.
You can duplicate these five fields three times on the same report.
The performance graph.
The performance graph is a measurement in a Y and X axis.
This is often used for fire pump or hydrant flow tests.
The performance graph will automatically calculate and draw the graph line based on the, the point data.
Job scheduler.
The job scheduler,
you can schedule a task or job on the calendar directly from the form.
The user.
The user field is a list of your account users selectable in a dropdown list.
The site and customer fields.
The customer and site fields are directly tied to your customer database.
In these customer fields, you can search and select a specific customer info to populate on your form.
