User permission access level descriptions

Full Access Permission

This is the highest level admin permission inside the application. A user with this permission can perform all actions inside and see all data. This permission should only be given to users that absolutely need full access to view all data and perform all actions on forms, form submissions, customers, and jobs.

Forms, Form Submissions, Jobs & Customers 

  • View and search all Forms, Form Submissions, Jobs and Customers

  • Create, update, and delete all Forms, Form Submissions, Jobs and Customers

Limited Access Permission

A user with this permission can perform limited actions but is able to view and search all data. This is a good permission for user that are not required to perform administrative actions. 

Forms

  • View created forms

Form Submissions

  • View and search all form submissions

  • Create form submissions

  • Update form submissions

  • Delete form submissions they created. They will not be able to delete form submissions created any other users.

Customers

  • View and search customers and sites

  • Create customers and sites

  • Update customers and sites

Jobs

  • View and search jobs

  • Create jobs

  • Update jobs

  • Delete jobs that they created. They will not be able to delete jobs created by any other user.

Restricted Access Permission

A user with this permission can perform limited actions and view only form submissions they created and jobs they are assigned to. They will not be able to see any form submissions created by any other users or jobs they are not assigned to. This is a good permission for someone that should not have access to any other user information in the system besides their own.

Forms

  • View forms

Form Submissions

  • View and search all form submissions they have created. They will not be able to see any other user's form submissions besides their own.

  • Create form submissions

  • Update form submissions they have created. They will not be able to update any form submissions created by other users.

  • Delete form submissions they created. They will not be able to delete form submissions created any other users.

Customers

  • View and search customers and sites

  • Create customers and sites

  • Update customers and sites

Jobs

  • View and search jobs they are assigned to. They will not be able to see jobs assigned to other users.

  • Create jobs

  • Update jobs they are assigned to. They will not be able to update any other users jobs.

  • Delete jobs that they created and are assigned to. They will not be able to delete jobs created by any other user or any jobs they are not assigned to.
