To add a form to your account from the Form Library follow the steps below:
1. Go to the Form Library page
2. Search or filter the form you're looking for. Hint: Its best practice to use one-keyword searches.
3. Click on the results to preview the form
4. Click "Add to My Forms" button to add the for to your account.
From there you can customize and fill out the form.
